My Professional Career begins 1990

As a person who has had a lifelong enthusiastic love of business and numbers, I began my entrepreneurial adventure in while attending college in Carbondale, Illinois opening my first business in the hospitality industry. Over the next 15 years I partnered in wide range of businesses in a variety of industries and localities, employing over 500 people. Upon the divestiture of my various business interests, I fulfilled a lifelong dream and relocated to Marco Island, Florida in 2010. In 2011 I began my affiliation with Independent Accounting Office and ultimately purchased the practice in 2014. My experience as a business owner, accountant, consultant and vast life experiences allow me to offer unique perspectives to my clients. In my downtime, I enjoy all the outdoor recreational activities that living in Southwest Florida has to offer. I also enjoy being on the water, biking, hiking, and exploring all the various state parks around the state of Florida. In the future, I hope to spend more time exploring other regions of the country as well as giving back to my community.
